Darulshifa

Darulshifa In Arabic, Urdu, Turkish and Persian Means "The House of Health" it was established in 1591 AD over 400 years prior by Mohammed Quli Qutub Shah( The originator of Hyderabad city ). 

Geologically Darulshifa lies in the south of Hyderabad city, on the banks of River Musi.It lies under Charminar Assembly Constituency. 

Verifiably it is one of the old urban regions of Hyderabad, the name Darulshifa determines that this region was prevalently known for the Hospital developed for the general population of those period. 

With the development of the Charminar Makkah Masjid, Hyderabad, Darulshifa Hospital and Jama Masjid were additionally built.
